We issued our first Credit/Rebate to a customer in 1991 for $850. Our Brokerage has been offering Flat Fee Listings and Buyer Credit and Rebate programs longer than any other Brokerage in California.
Our team services all areas of Southern California including Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, Palm Springs, San Diego and San Luis Obispo County. Northern California service areas are currently Monterey County, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara County, San Benito, Santa Cruz and San Mateo Counties along with Silicon Valley and will expand as CRMLS slowly takes over the entire state.
