The H.P.C. Program is offered by Dalton Real Estate who is the First and Only Full Service Discount Commission Broker in the Ventura and Los Angeles County. Dalton Real Estate was the first office to offer the H.P.C. Program which allows us to execlusively offer Credits to buyers of up to 75% of our commission and no other office can offer this much of a credit.
Here is how you make money off of us with the H.P.C. Program. If you purchase a property though Dalton Real Estate, we will credit you back of up to 75% of the commission we receive after the close of escrow. Each buyer must sign a Buyer Broker Contract to receive their credit.
The amount of credit will vary and is based on the purchase price of the property;
typically 2.5 - 3 percent of the sales price. The following is our Credit Chart
and is based on one agent showing properties. If you locate the home yourself,
credits can be up to 90 % and if you sell and buy with Dalton Real
Estate you get a credit on top of that!
